First of,Yuri's Army is not called as such anymore. If you say Yuri, You would be only referring to the leader himself. Right now its called Sigma's armed forces to which:

1 - Core : Psi-Core - Purple : This faction of the Sigma's army is the most loyal and nearest to Yuri to which it is commanded by him directly. It Makes up for only 10% percent of Sigma's army, The main role of this faction is to lead Sigma's armed forces as a whole and to protect Sigma's Key installation. Due to its nature it is closely related to Splinter-cell in many respects . Expect the good old Yuri faction from the original RA2 with plenty of modifications. Also, it is considered to be the Refined and the utmost elite part of Splinter-Cell as Technology in this faction is top notch with very little side-effect or drawbacks.

2 - Outer Core : Splinter-Cell - Violet : This is the faction of Sigma's army that is considered the to be Shadow Police, Advanced Research and Development,Nod-Esque, Black operations faction. It is ambiguously dark in every seance of the word and makes up for 15% percent of Sigma's Armed Forces. One of its most prime and important functions aside from what is mentioned is to make absolutely sure nothing passes to the core with out having the thing or person at hand siphoned from scum or unwanted traits to be brought to its purist form for Yuri to use at his leisure. Expect the unexpected with this Faction, a lot of dark, experimental and 'Not from this realm' Technology to say the least.

3 - Inner Layer: Cobra Unit - Magenta : The cream of the crop of Chaos legion that makes up for about 25% of Sigmas armed forces, They are the Elite and enjoy generous support from Splinter-Cell in regular fashion and Psi-Core in an irregular Fashion. Their main objective is to bridge the gap between Chaos Legion which is the outer layer of army and the inner cores of it as they 'mediate' between them as one of their key roles aside from taking the overall command of Chaos legion since they are considered as a the higher echelon of Sigma's main standing army. Plus, They are Tasked to fill the gaps of Chaos Legion. Expect a lot of post WW2, Pre-60's equipment with experimental high tier tech leased to them by Splinter-Cell and Psi-Core to a lesser degree.

4 - Outer Layer: Chaos Legion - Light Green : Sigma's Main Standing army that generally make up for the last 50% of Sigma's Armed Forces. Although they do not have a lot of 'Yuri Stuff' attached to them in an apparent fashion, But they more make up for it for their numbers, Modified WW2 Equipment, Guerrilla-GLA-Esque warfare, close command and support from Cobra Unit. Lastly, although they are the outer layer of Sigma's army they are still considered to be loyal, any unwanted disloyal elements are taken care of by either Splinter-Cell or Cobra Unit and if not by the Legion itself.
