It worked for a couple of weeks and then started changing one of my accounts during updates to wrong amounts.

I spent time with customer support but the rep couldn't understand or fix it. I then read some info that Intuit has sold Quicken and the new people don't know how to support it and that it won't sync with certain investment companies. So maybe it will work for some people that don't own certain investment. Since I returned it directly to Intuit because it was an opened package, I am not holding my breath that I will get my money back either.
